Well, every time I have tried to use the app it was over a 30 minute wait time or it is outside of service hours. Looks like they changed the hours again, now there is even a smaller window of service times. That's my fault for not noticing the change. Will update the rating after I can actually use this service. For now, looks like Uber is my option. *sigh*

I really like this app but the biggest issue lately is i haven't been able to get a ride. Everything i try to get one it says all there seats are filled. Hire more people or give people more hours to the people they got. This app should be available to everyone.

The app frequently crashes. Quite concerning when you're trying to get home. That's the main flaw of the app right now. It is really great but app crashes make it hard to rate it any higher

I wanted to give the app and the company five stars but I can only give them four because of the attitude and conduct of one of their drivers. I rode with her three times and all three times. She was rude, impatient, and she has a horrible disposition and bedside manner which she she blames the app.

Overbooked more often than not. It'd be lovely if it worked. I thought they fixed it, but now I can't find a single driver who can pick me up within walking distance of my workplace, so I have to walk a few miles to go home. You cannot rely on this service to be regularly available.

Seriously, worse than Lyft. Super unavailable, and the drivers have no personality other than someone who doesn't want you in their van. Horrible driving and attitude to match. Driver backed out into traffic and got mad at us for asking them to slow down. Never again.

No matter what time it is even if I'm within service hours it always tries to tell me that I'm not in service hours and never gets me a ride anywhere so it's useless.
