Awfully frustrating experience, it is not even letting me set up my primary health care (GP, nurse, midwife); I've given up on g the three mandatory declarations digitally (way too time consuming) but it won't work when the other option is selected either - print out and deliver. I always end up going back to square one.

It's impossible to complete the survey, therefore we can't book an appointment. It's been more than a month and since I'm sure I'm not the only one with this problem I don't understand why they are amare and don't fix the issue. I also sent an email with details of the bug but no answer.

The staff at Tasmowa 7 center displayed high levels of irresponsibility. For my blood tests, which included fasting glucose and glucose after two hours of eating, Luxmed used only the fasting blood sample for both tests. Despite reaching out to Luxmed for assistance, I have received no so far.

The app isn't very well made, probably wasn't properly tested. Sometimes when you choose a setting in your search and want to go back to the search, it closes the whole page and you have to start over. Why you need to tap on logging in with your biometrics when it's the default beats me - you could easily skip this tap overall. As for the service, it's even worth. There are virtually zero appointments available, and it's nearly impossible to go see a doctor. Open booking for more than 2 weeks!

1. Default language depends on language of you mobile phone. So I need to change language settings for every attempt to set up appointment. Is it possible to set up default language in mobile app? Don't want to remeber that I have to switch languages every time. 2. If you are using search bar to find appropriate application among installed, you have to that it's not luxmed, it's patient portal. And if you write 'LUX MED' you will not find the application, at least on Android10

Couldn't find on-line chat which internet site refers to. The feature/service does not exist in the app. Extremely poor experience. Regarding visits, the app never shows actually available slots. So the question is - what was the purpose of creating the? - Just to be able to confirm arrival (the only one properly working feature).
