I've been trying to take a add-on for the last few days and it keeps saying purchase failed. I understand if it's for on day this big happens but now it's been a few days and they still haven't fixed it. I'm utterly disappointed with this service

While you have a salhi quarterly package with like daily 3gb and you want to something that has like 80gb so you buy 100gb data for 3 days what happens is it will use your salhi 3gb package until its gone before using the 100gb so when the 100gb expires you wont have any data, is this one of their tricks to make us buy more?

App and experience is good. But I think there's a bug in it. I can't save receipts to phone (when I click Save button). I think app permission should be updated to fix this.

This app is terrible, a total scam!!! For my stay in Maldives I wanted to use it to top up my sim card with some internet/4G data. No matter which top up option you choose with preset price, you get asked again to enter the amount when moving forward to payment (totally stupid, and instead should simply apply the selected option initially with the corresponding price). After payment is made, you notice the credit is flying away every minute. A 10$ topup (150MVR) won't even last 1h. Total ripoff!

To check the balance & Pay the bills, nice app. But... There are 2 things that I want to be included in this app! 1ˢᵗ is speed. This is 2021, and all the apps are faster than a website. I'm not saying it is sluggish. But it would be nice & cool if it was faster than it is now. 2ⁿᵈ I have 2 different plans. An Amilla Postpaid & a Fibre broadband. It would come in very handy, if there's a feature to check both of the s plan without having to log-out Every Single time.

This app is just nice to look! If u recharge from it the top up will take 20-30mins by that time you could ask some random guy and got a reload faster! And the whole network is full of problem lately I got a data sim and it's been more than a month I have been trying to activate data add on or at the least recharge! Last night I could recharge and balance was shown in app but this morning it's gone they told that I haven't been recharged due to recharge and data activation technical issues! 😡F

The app is good. Would be great if you added for more than one and include the live chat feature. Would be great if i could use the app when i run out of data to subscribe to another data pack. Also what's with the limitation on reload amounts??

I'm using this app from Sweden to refill my girlfriend's prepaid plan. It's a solid app, however there's room for improvements. The bars shown for remaining data aren't decreasing as the data does making it useless. You can purchase a quarterly salhi plan for ~1100 MVR and yet the reload limit is 500 MVR, this is inconvenient. On a general note, I think the daily data should be carried over if unused, I'm paying for it so having it go to waste is a bad business model, as is time limits overall.
