We have recently made the switch to CloudTalk form another VOIP provider as they ordered a much more comprehensive integration with our chosen CRM (Pipedrive). The intail setup was quick and easy and any questions were answered comprehensively by their team. We transferred our number from our old provider which was all dealt with by CloudTalk. Again, this was simple and straightforward and the porting team kept us up to date with the progress.

Stay away! We switched to Cloudtalk from Grasshopper and regret it every day. There are no push notifications, so when we miss a call we won't know, it doesn't ring half the time, no push notifications for SMS so it's the same issue. We try to pick up phone calls and it just doesn't respond. Do yourself a favor and go with a different company.

There are 2 major issues with this application. 1 - This application does not run in the background. Thus, when you close the application, you become offline and can't receive the calls. 2 - This application is not stable and receiving calls are not stable. Sometimes application receive the incoming call but most of the time this application does not receive calls. I have been asking for these issues for months but still there is no update..

Terrible for use unless you have a separate headset. Most smart phones turn of the screen when you're on a phone call do you don't press buttons with your face. because this is an app it doesn't do the same and you end up turning on aeroplane mode mid conversation or turning the WiFi off without realising and cutting of customers. Also doesn't block incoming standard calls so you can be on the phone and have another customer calling at the same time.

The most stupid app I ever use, you can't leave the app, if you are in a call with a client and you leave the app you can't hear them anymore even if you return to the app but they can hear you is so unprofessional, it happens so many times and is just stupid, because in order to talk with clients you need to multitask

The pc app works great but the phone app is very bad The speaker button doesn't work and when I connect my Bluetooth headphones, they don't work either. Sometimes it rings on the headphone but when people pick up it disconnects and the voice comes from the speaker again.

I use this along with the desktop app mostly for inbound calls. At the moment I prefer the desktop app. I would use the mobile app more if I was able to change my status, just like on the desktop app (online/idle/offline). At the moment I can only or out.
