it's a good application. Everything is in one place and the power usage chart is really helpful. I just had some adventures trying to figure out how to the bill but it's resolved now.

Previous app of Protergia worked perfectly. Ever since they introduced this one things got worse. The app logs out , even though I always tick the me box, dedie readings are not up to date. If you check from the web you will he able to see that there is a fresh reading input by dedie, which for some reason does not appear on app. Also the whole experience is lagging...it takes time navigate through the pages.

I just get a grey screen upon logging in. EDIT following the devs' response: I'm not a new customer, the supply number isn't required for returning customers. Besides, even if I do try to it says the email is already used, so logging in shouldn't be an issue. I've reached out to your team as you mentioned, thanks in advance. I'll keep the review updated. Keeps constantly logging out, and when it doesn't, it takes forever to load, or doesn't even load at all. The old app was much, much better and faster than this.

Doesn't work on pixel tablet or pixel 7 pro. I update the app to the new version, now when I , I just have a white screen and nothing else. Really disappointing as the old version worked fine
