Unusable in Sofia. I created a profile and wanted to use one of the cars in the area I found on the map. After adding funds in my I needed to my identity to rent the car. The problem is that I cannot use Bulgarian documents as the country is not on the list to choose from. Now my funds are unusable and I cannot use the app. I don't know why the app and cars are available but I don't have the option to with documents from Bulgaria.

Wow! Прочетете условията за обезщетения. Ще се плаща за всичко и по много. В не малко случаи глобите към GoeGo са в троен размер. Разбирам естественото на бизнеса но някакви рискове трябва да се поемат. Вместо това цялата отговорност е прехвърлена на потребителя като изглежда че застраховката е никаква.

Внимавайте с тази услуга, има много места, на които според общите им условия не можете да паркирате и не се вижда на картата. Не се вижда нито при регистрация нито при начало на шофиране! За мен изживяването не бе приятно, както и комуникацията с поддръжката им. Автомобилите са поддържани и изглеждат нови. Лесно се плаща с Google Pay.
