Do better Zeiss. The connection activity for firmware updates and or photo connections is absolutely awful. I will be returning my scope due to the inability to connect for firmware updates since there is only the option through this app. Stop using an alternative wifi and just use the available wifi. I'm sure this would be much smoother. I've tried for 5 straight days to do an update.

Was 2 stars, gone down to ONE STAR. Why? Auto updated when auto updates are OFF! They're off to prevent updates occurring on a chargeable network. This IS NOT RIGHT. I pay enough as it is without extra charges.

I've had this APP for 4 years. It did work reasonably well until this year. It no longer loads for whatever reason. I've updated the app, no success. I've deleted and reloaded and the same screen comes up to an or sign in, and crashes on either attempt. Disappointing to lose my data.

Nice app to store records of your hunts and especially sightings to provide future intelligence for hunts! Short learning curve but nothing too bad, pity the video limit isn't a little more as most video these days is HD and needs more than 50mb but a small price to pay for the facilities it provides 👍👍 Since new update it's very buggy, constantly crashing when trying to edit or input hunting entries in diary 🤨 Update - bugs fixed and back to a great app!!!!

Clunky interface, confusing workflow, limited options for custom items not in their database. Entries are not reliably saved, resulting in calculated manual entries being overwritten by default values. And it's slow, especially the dashboard. Overall, the app is barely functional. But it does sync with the RF binoculars series.

I use this with a Zeiss LRF bino so that it can read me my elevation after ranging right in the bino. For that purpose it works well. What I don't like is the ballistic computer: it is too simple and too difficult to configure, which makes the above functionality useless. Off by 0.2mil at 200yds and 0.4mil at 300yds. I can't enter a custom bullet diam, mass, length, I cannot piece wise define ballistic coefficients to different velocity ranges. There is no spin drift in their ballistic model.

not intuitive at all. Better options out there, even for my zeiss scopes. A little disappointed. update...app. works better on a different device. Be patient, it takes quite a while to build a profile the first time. also, be sure to change unit measurement to imperial rather than metric. I appreciate zeiss reaching out to help work out the problem I was having.

Sadly this is unfinished application. It has many bugs, reticles are unavailable and just provide link to website. Website does not provide information about reticle subtensions. Using Hunting grounds is really cumbersome, on top it did not save it after 30 minutes editing. Entire app is a great idea unfortunately it is poorly implemented. Would like to try it again when it is properly implemented and tested.
