This apps customer service is worthless. Don't bother selecting your options. The app changes the option about every other time I and CS to doesn't even answer when you ask for help. Hope you don't want to do live betting. This app is the worst of all betting apps. Especially if you start winning, then it freezes until whatever you are betting on is over and the bet is canceled or voided out.

I have had an with Draftkinga for over 2 years now. I have won a lot of money in the app and also lost a lot. I took a break then came back and had deposited $5k. In two months I turned it into $8.3k. I went to place a bet and I get a yellow message that says my bets are limited to a certain amount and it shows an amount less than what I want to bet. I and they tell me they aren't allowed to disclose any information. I instantly requested a withdrawal for all my money.

Randomly will get "unable to determine location" telling me to turn off "location emulators". Of which I have none installed. Weird- every other app can always tell which state I'm in? I try connected to WiFi. I try connecting with cellular data. This has been an issue since we went legal in my state. offered no real explanations or help.

Constantly says that the app is unable to connect to the internet when trying to click into specific sports or games to place a bet. Not an issue on the home page, and I'm able to go back and reload the specific game or sport to reload the options. Then I'll have about 5 seconds to place those bets before the offline notice pops up again. It's been an issue for months and it still has not been fixed.

Unable to view history past like 10 bets. "Something went wrong.". Seems to only work on a computer which is inconvenient Update: it's actually getting worse. Unable to view any betting history. "Something went wrong" Everytime I try to look. The interface is actually better than all the other sportsbooks, but worthless if it can't handle simple tasks.

Horrible! Can NEVER have access to the tokens for No Sweat or Boosts. They'll show in my acct but will not present the option to use the token when I'm getting games added to my bet slip. It's also hella slow, can't get a quick bet in, takes several minutes. By that time the odds have changed. Won't show the correct cash out amounts. I've updated, deleted, reinstalled, ed . I'm just done with DK.

The app update from a couple weeks ago is horrible. I've lost the ability to use a PIN to . I have to enter my whole everytime I . It won't save my either. It is constantly checking my location and sometimes takes a while. The location check used to be quick. This filter icon they added is right in the middle of my Open Bets window and I can't move it or hide it. So annoying. Going to change to another sports betting app.

It's fine but it's pretty annoying that when I'm looking at a bet or moving a spread, that the games move around as the lines update. Looking at alternative lines and "bam" now it's on a different game. Why? Like I said it's pretty annoying. These guys are making millions and can't get an app to work well. It's infuriating.
