Constant shutdowns and crashes. I've had numerous games where I was scoring where the app would crash and I'd have to restart it missing a pitch or two or even an entire at bat. Constantly lags where is push strike, ball, etc. and it wouldn't log it for 5 seconds. This has happened on a few different phones.

What's the point of showing notifications if everytime I click on it I'm told I don't have access to them or there are no messages. Have to shut the app down each time. I used the mapnfor directions to our practice and it took me 20 minutes away from where I should've been and in a different city even tho the whole address was written correctly.

Edit: I'm not going to email you. I don't need assistance. The app can't CRUD several core types of data. Chat is garbage. You know all this. Original: My team uses this app every year, and every year it does a few things well. So much of the experience and functionality is half baked that I always relish deleting it after the season ends. I wish there was some desire and plan to fix all of the really basic stuff that sucks or is flat out broken.

It's only for basic scoring where stats don't matter. It is extremely easy to miss something in baseball when a lot of chaos happens on a play. If you get out of sync and don't catch it right away, the only way to fix it is to undo back to the mistake and then to perfectly recount everything the happened after that to redo it. Meanwhile, pitches are happening and you're missing them. They need a scorebook mode to let you change any aspect of any inning after the fact or this will never work.

Overpriced! I have 2 daughters who play travel softball, and high school ball, so we paid for the package ($60). Just got an email that in August when my sub is up, the renewal is now $90!!! Assuming there are some amazing new features coming for that 33% increase?!? Because with the streaming issues when you try to live stream, and the difficult nature of correcting mistakes while scoring a game, it's just not worth it for $90 a year. I just can't understand how you justify a $30 jump.

Updated: I am updating my review from 1 to 3 stars because yes someone did finally help me, but I shouldn't have needed to have help just to renew my subscription. My subscription expired, I'm trying to renew and expand to and it refuses to process. This is not related to my credit card but something within this app. It's been going on for over a week.

Worked well but after the update late May it's Jon functional for streaming. This is even after the latest update this week. Same symptoms, can hear audio but no no video. Pinch to zoom doesnt work on anything below 1X. Please roll things back to the version it was prior to the May update. That was a working version that didn't have irate parents on my case please.

Why... Why would you NOT have the option to chrome cast??? What a huge fail. New edit: combination of the new 15 second ad I'm forced to watch every time I open live stream and the fact that the live stream functions about 20% of the time= 1 star. New Edit: ads are now 30 seconds every time you open a live stream, AND every time you change your phone orientation. Hilarious!
