The app is quite nice imo. Yes, sometimes there might be a slight hang or the map might not load directly, but the main functions, looking for, booking and returning a car, are working fine. If the occasional hiccups would stop, this would be a 5/5 from me. Also: A cost calculator for the planned trip would be a nice touch. Selecting stops in the app, or at least, inputting the planned distance, to see the estimated cost, could be a really cool addition. Keep up the good work :)

The service and the cars are alright. But this App is just horrible. It's very slow, everything takes ages to load. Sometimes in between switching tabs, it just randomly ask you again. But today I couldn't even unreported damages to a car due to some bug in the app preventing me from filling out the report. I just got a shaded screen with no popup-window. That's terrible and the devs really should up their game because the app is what people use usually when they're at the car.

Completely useless since the update. Previous version was buggy, but it did the job done. With the new version I can't find a car because map is so laggy and menus are complicated.

The app is quite usable now, compared to the overall sentiment in this review section. They still need to work on the fuel information on the cars. It is not listed for every car.

Please correct all the bugs. The new ui looks nicer but I can not use the application with all the current bugs

App had some major updates this year and managed to recover from the past (very shtty) versions. Usubility is pretty good now.

After completing all the steps and providing documents they said you can only use it if you are german 🤐🤐 I mean german residency is necessary for it! I also asked if it is true from the HQ and its for real!
