I've been using the Zong app for a while now, and I've noticed that it's becoming increasingly slow. I have been using this app for the past few months, but now the Zong network has become extremely slow. Due to its slow speed, a lot of my time is wasted during ing. The speed has become so slow that even sending a message takes a lot of time. I am very disappointed with this service from the Zong network. Please improve this service back to its previous level so that we can enjoy its 4G speed. Given the current speed of the Zong network, this app does not even deserve five stars Thanks

Poor Internet Service from Zong Zong's internet service has been very disappointing. The connection is constantly slow and drops frequently, making it impossible to get anything done. Customer is unhelpful and doesn't offer real solutions. I expected better reliability from Zong, but unfortunately, it's been a frustrating experience. I don't recommend Zong to anyone seeking a stable internet connection👎

I’ve had an extremely disappointing experience with Zong’s internet data service. The connection is consistently slow, unreliable, and frequently disconnects, making it impossible to use for even basic tasks. I have lodged several complaints, yet every time I their call center, I am met with the same unprofessional and standard response, without any follow-up or genuine effort to resolve the issue.Zong's failure to address customer concerns shows a lack of commitment

Totally bad coverage network in bhakkar especially from previous two months, I could never get 4G stable connection, never call connect at once, second or third attempt the call connects. I am totally disappointed from this network from 2 months specially last 10 days. Kindly resolve this issue so that I may enjoy the zong stable 4G connection.

This app is a complete misguide. It does not show the updation of current balance or packages. For activation of packages it takes a whole day saying 'try again' or 'currently not available'. For every click it takes a minute of loading. Kindly fix the glitches and lagging of the app. Poor experience.

Dear Zong Company, The network quality of Zong is very poor. The internet does not work properly, and social media is also ineffective. It especially affects games like Free Fire. When i subscribed MY4 offer, i am unable to use youtube. However, on separate YouTube package, it working. If you are providing MBs then you should allow it be used for every application not for specific ones. Also sometimes we are unable to use offnet minutes to call s other than zong. Please improve your services. Thanks
