What a rubbish that app is! Placing an order near impossible! Freezes, crashes... Been trying to place an order for nearly an hour! New update came with apparent "bug fixes" ... Yeah, right! Shambles

Crashes at least once or twice every time I have to use it. Try to make an order? Freeze and crash. Inventory? Freeze and crash. Works better if you're on WiFi but unfortunately that's not always an option. Currently uninstalling and reinstalling to try and trouble shoot a spontaneous settings change that won't let me change them so I can't do my job today :)

A tempermental piece of garbage that is completely unusable on my phone. In the past, this app was extremely slow and buggy, but manageable. Every step required a long loading screen and if I didn't baby my phone the app would crash when it went to sleep. Now it crashes constantly even with the latest update, I have spent an hour of my free time just trying to set up an order before the next shift and with no luck.

products that are no longer carried are still in our inverter and can not be removed. In the waste option there is product missing so it can not be added through the app.

I liked it until the latest update. I use my phone in dark mode and I cannot see the numbers

The app is overall pretty great. My only issue, which is kind of a big one, is that no matter what I do it will NOT let me change my delivery days. I've uninstalled, deleted the app's files, restarted my phone, re-installed the app and it still won't work. That's extremely frustrating. I've seen 3-4 updates but nothing is helping this particular issue.

This app constantly updates and loads and prevents smooth use. It is extremely frustrating when you order an inventory how you would like so that you spend less time each week on it, but then something changes on the app and resets your settings. There are also times when the help desk aren't sure what has happened and why you can't load invoices to the POS and for that week your data is useless. For company use, this app needs to be more friendly.
