Forget it. I've tried to create a work profile about a million times already. I thought it was an issue with my company, but after reading these reviews, I'm convinced it's the latest update. Unfortunately, it just happened to be updated the day before I first attempted getting into this. I give up. I just won't have access to work emails once I leave my office. IT said I absolutely have access...when I enter my incorrectly it immediately let's me know. This is a waste.

Unreliable. Quits all the time. Slow to open. Attachments fail to open frequently for no reason. Messages hang in the outbox for days. Occasionally messages delayed in outbox leave and disappear (not delivered). Randomly requires to log back in with credentials for example when moving between folders, when changing phone orientation, or shifting between WiFi and cellular networks. Even sometimes quits when in the middle of drafting an email! experience is simply awful.

The app crashes often. The overall experience is very poor. Security, in this case, is not synonym of usability. I definitely do not reccomend it. Edit: after more months of usage (I have to because my company made a contract with them) I can confirm that this is a very poor product. The overall experience is so poor that sometimes the phone need to be restarted. Very often the information displayed on the email app are bouncing up and down, thus the email app is not usable. Zero stars or less.

I continuously have technical problems, I've logged them & nothing has been resolved. I literally spend up to 5 minutes trying to open the Secure Hub, nevertheless the Mail app. This is the only app where the fingerprint doesn't work seaml, I have to go through the Secure Hub to get to the Mail app- even when I'd logged in two seconds ago (I get error message options of Install or Quit), and I have to do that combo about ten times to get it to work. It's embarrassing for a work tool!

This is the worst app ever. I have had to reinstall this so many times I've lost count. It did last for a month without needing to reinstall so I guess it's getting better haha. this is really awful. I wish my work would switch to anything else. I have complained numerous times and no one does anything. It's totally frustrating. This is a horrible horrible experience. This is a medical system and during the pandemic it is a joke to rely on this thing.

There is no aspect of this app that isn't stupid and poorly designed. I can't share my calendar event tho it offers that option. There is no option to change what my swipe action does. It takes literally over 45 seconds to load the app most days. It logs me out every damned day. Oh, and when you click the "" button? The email bounces back as "the recipient rejected the email." That is exactly representative of their attitude and quality.

I am using Worx/Secure Hub for 5 years because my company obliged me. I cannot express the level of frustration and the number of failures, actually every few weeks. Citrix offers zero to ends. Lately the app requires logon every minute, and doing this it takes control over anything else on phone. Uninstalling and installing it again, with all its parts, takes hours. Not sure it will help, and anyhow the next failure is just a question of time.

This app suffers from extremely poor performance and terribly lacks inspired usability. It goes against most intuition to making a successful mobile app. The biggest quark is it seems to have the corner on Citrix based platforms so I question the motive on ever making this any better for end s. It's clumsy, counter-intuitive, counter productive. Congratulations on making the simple task of checking email and browsing impossible.
