I wanted to use this application to learn new songs (that is what I saw in the ad). But before that, you MUST do some basic lessions, and they look like lessions for 3 years old kid. First is "play note C" 6 times. Maybe this app is good for complete beginners. If you have any knowledge, you will uninstall it after two basic lessions. The second problem is that there is no other option than to pay a yearly subscription (180€!). There is a generic claim "save 50%" and that is the only option 😅

A good app to start learning with, though the music library is a bit limited compared to others I have tried. Don't be put off trying it with music notes. After a while of playing at the wrong time I genuinely found learning the notes more intuitive than waiting for the keys to scroll down the screen and try to figure out the timings.

I'm having so much fun with this. The lessons are designed pretty well, sneaking in some music theory so subtly that I wouldn't have noticed it if I hadn't learned some the old-fashioned way. I'm often playing along with a recorded band, which is more fun than plunking away alone. This is my new hobby, and I'm glad I took the plunge to buy this.

It starts of free but when it starts with the section to combine left and right hand it suddenly forces you to a subscription service. Right at the point where you get excited to finally learn the real beginning.

This app is awesome and much easier to learn than other apps of similar teaching method. This one has proper note timing which helps a lot. It's note recognition is very good, It almost never detects an incorrect note so you'll always know when you made a mistake. Definitely worth it for anyone who wants to learn to play the piano.

This app is good to learn the basics of piano, but to learn to play most songs on this app, you need which I am not willing to buy because even using an app for guitar (guitar tuna) I am able to play lots of songs just by looking att the chords. If you would make learning the songs free, I would give it a 5 star review, but their app guitar tuna is amazing 👏

I have used this app for piano for about 2 years. It has plenty of fun songs and lessons. I primarily use the app to learn songs, most having various difficulties from barely played to a piano wizard. The note detection using an iPad or phone is generally good. Where this app really shines is when you use MIDI. No more fale positive on notes and you can have some real fun playing a synth on top of the track. I've tried the other apps and stuck with this one.

I do like it, but notes are colored with wrong fingerings, and even when I reported it, it was never fixed. I also would like the possibility to dive deeper into frequent mistakes, but there is no tool for helping you improve. nice playalong but not more than that.
