Extremely awful app to drivers, very deceptive and full of blackmail. Drivers have no voice in anything app related. Ride hailer willingly punish drivers because they're voiceless against yango and it's istration. Greedy antics

The idea is fantastic, but: 1.Upgrade the app so that it also shows AMOUNT & DESTINATION before the driver accepts the request. It's extremely UNSAFE/UNFAIR for the driver to only know the destination & amount after pickup & starting the ride. 2.The AMOUNTS are too small & very discouraging, even most riders feel pity for drivers. The MINIMUM AMOUNT must be at least K50 because cost of FUEL & SPARE PARTS are too high. 3DON'T BLINDFOLD & TAKE DRIVERS FOR GRANTED BECAUSE YOU CAN'T DO WITHOUT THEM.

it's easy to use and so helpful but the prices are only good and beneficial to engers and not drivers , considering the cost of fuel and spares for the cars the prices are so less ,I think it's great that shud just improve on pricing and some of the locations the mapping in some areas is pathetic.
