I would give this app a 4.5 if I could. On the 2nd day of the 7-day free trial, I decided that I was going with the one-year service plan. It eliminates a lot of headaches on a new number. I received still has some hiccups. That I'm experiencing and a few features that I wish it had, maybe it does. Still learning about all the features. Has more features than I know about. Just wish it was easier to find out everything it does without stumbling around to find what it can do.

Doesn't do much good. Making calls is less convenient. If a legit number gets flagged by enough people, like my union outreach, there's nothing you can do to fix it. Likewise with any number that's been assigned the wrong ID, unless you want to add it to your s (and sometimes even then you can't fix it). After a few months of use, all new caller info gets hidden behind . Also, phone number links from the web or elsewhere get lost when tapped to call. Have to go back and copy again.

I switched to a new phone. Call logs stopped updating. So I get notifications of rejected calls and received calls, but as soon as the notification is gone I have no information. It says see in hiya. but there is nothing to see. There is no help for a subscription apparently. Email auto response talked about uninstalling, rebooting, reinstalling. No help. I responded several more times and they don't even answer I'm looking for another service and going to cancel this non- garbage

I used to like this app. Now started to show incorrect caller ID info. It displays information of people from my list. If that doesn't get resolved, I will probably delete the app. UPDATE...just made a call. Name of caller correct. Picture displayed was of someone else in list. Address of caller was of a totally different person in my list. This app is messed up bad!!! Update. Problem still there. This app really sucks. UPDATE. Still a problem. Seems like no effort to fix!

1. If you navigate away from the dialer to look up something, you can't get back to it. Even going to the app has no effect you cant end a call! 2. Many numbers still come up as unknown despite being unknown numbers hidden being turned on in settings. 3. Still slow to show up when phone is ringing. Often gobe to voice mail before i coukd answer. 4. No way to import current block list. Can't believe this isn't done automatically!!! Or even a manual import option! 5. No way to hide scam/tele calls

I thought it would block spam calls, or at least not let them ring. Nope. Just changes the color of the screen when the phone rings, as if I couldn't read the "SUSPECTED SPAM" in large letters that every other phone app provides. Otherwise, I wouldn't mind the app as much if it didn't freeze so often when I'm attempting to swipe to answer phone calls.

Verification does not seem to work on my Android phone. It worked just fine on my 2 iOS phones. I can't use it if I can't my phone number. I've tried about eight different times. Most of the time I get no response at all. Sometimes I get the following message in red letters on the verification screen: the system is not available at this time.

Selecting this is your default dialer doesn't give you quite the seamless experience they claim, and renders functions like speakerphone useless. If it's not your default dialer, it usually doesn't catch the scam calls before your phone rings once or twice. I would certainly not pay for an app that is so poorly designed
