So I've paid for the subscription now and my opinion its still not worth it. I get multiple notifications for every blocked call so it's as annoying as just silencing the calls. If I still have to go into the app to block every number and they have an infinite number of phone numbers to use not sure what the point is. Also, I've had a call from a number that was already listed as blocked be allowed through.

This is GARBAGE. So tired of not having voice mail because all this does is ask me to buy . When I click that I want to go to my voice inbox, it continues to ask me to BUY . What happened to Message+ ? It worked fine. I could always retrieve my messages. Now, I can't even get to my inbox. Trying to force customers into buying this or not be able to access your voice mail should be a crime. Beyond frustrated!!!!!

I'm put on the "Do not call registry", the scam calls are still coming in, the call filter decreased some calls but should eliminate the calls which fills up my voicemail, I have it toggled off on the call filter not to allow a message. This isn't a 100% but hopefully one day when the scammers call, the call filter would disconnect the call & without an option to leave a message. Finally, you won't have to pay attention to your phone when it (rings/message alert) paying for this app a month 🤨

I'm so late to the party, barely discovering spam filters for my phone in 2024. But this is a legit app! Yes an occasional call does get through every once in a while, but it's a dramatic improvement considering I was getting 10+ calls a day in spam. The bots have finally stopped calling and texting me!🎉🎉🎉 Highly recommend this app for everyone who needs to answer calls and doesn't want to deal with spam!

It's a terrible app, along with the Verizon message app. I'm now using Google messages and Google phone. The Verizon call filter app provides insufficient options for spam and blocking calls and texts. Every time I'd block a number, the same caller would use a different number to call from. Google phone and message apps have solved my problems with the numerous spam messages and calls. I'm escaping Verizon mobile when the opportunity arrives.

Please update and add a feature to prevent spoofing and prevent AI from analyzing and stealing your customers voice. plz update and add where one can easily click search to look up an number. error rather than havintoto manually type the number in that texted or called maybe add it where you have, report, block, allow, just add search right next to those.

Ridiculous and deceitful that they expect you to pay to block callers in the app-this is a basic phone function. You can do it out of the app. Notifications from this pop up in front of everything and cancel all kind of activities even if do not disturb is on. Wouldn't happen with no app! Makes spam calls MORE intrusive! Truly pathetic and pointless.

just started with call filter. it should be included with plans, jus sayin. anywho, I love it already. caught a possible robocall that it traced back to a VOIP connection. nicely done Verizon, UI is intuitive, easy to navigate. so far, it's a winner =)
