I just tried logging in and changing my via both the Web and the App. The bubbles keep floating on the screen of your Virgin Mobile App page and end up with nothing. I am seeing for the first time, a Telco operator that doesn't allow the facility to use the Biometrics or change the . One of the worst Mobile App experiences.

Chat option is really not at all friendly, has to go a long way to make it better coz this is the only way to the customer care. The network is not that great is all areas still okey . It's very budget friendly

Watch out. No esim when using the app on android (I was told it was ed by the sales lady but failed to mention it is only on iPhone), no way to use google pay with the wallet (even Du s Google wallet and samsung pay on its app). No multi-sim for phone and tablet/watch either. So this app is ok, but limited. Hoping it will catch up or will be moving back to etisalat after contract up. (Note the developer will pretend to answer but never responds or follows up)

Quiet unhappy. I bought sim online but the activation always says technical error. This app has bug it seems. I am already using eSIM on my device. Customer service is poor and not speedy. Overall i am disappointed. It needs a big patience to be virgin mobile customer and the payment is upfront. I paid 132 AED online. After that chasing them for activation of sim. Its so sad. Additionally most of the centre staff are impatient and dont respect customer trouble.

Great Job 👍--- it worked only while I was there in the store I never had service and the phone was useless. And I was left unsafe. 😔👎 Let's see if we can get the service we paid for.

Scammers. I visited UAE as tourist and bought a sim card just for a few days and they just emailed me after a couple months that they are going to renew my plan and auto charge my card. I never subscribed to a monthly plab. Now I am being forced to their app and remove my card details so that they can't charge me.

Worst experience so far. I did a recharge few times but it doesn't work. I initiated a chat with customer people don't reply. This is a horrible service.

The app is full of bugs. You can't use it keep coming something went wrong. Or ssl link error or something else. When you customer care simple answer delete and reinstall the app. I have did 100 times and same. As well you can't monitor each number usage history even though you own it. Answer is for security reason it's not allowed. They think we spy on our own numbers great invention and security mesure. Plans seems good but not attractive like Etisalat/Five or Du
