What a mess? My virgin number has credit and can make calls. The App says my number has been terminated and I can not ! How can I make calls of my number is terminated! I never requested termination for my number! You need to fix the issue. I have an important task to do and your App is stopping me. What a waste of time! I found that many people out there have the same issue!

I'm abroad on a trip, the app keeps popping up with error message that the app is out of date and i have to go to the app store to update??!! Done this 4 times! And signed up to a roaming pack and it's run out of data and not allowing me to subscribe again as the error message says i already have a pack(!) therefore cannot add to a new pack! It leaves me stranded in a foreign country, a woman alone, without a way to connect, keep safe and use my apps. Roaming with Virgin mobile is appalling.

Run away from the company. I've been stuck with them for almost 8 years, and it's genuinely the worst decision I've ever made. This is simply a failing company with horrible service and even worse customer , regardless of how many chances you give them. The service is so unreliable even my bank is telling me to give up and use a non-virgin number. Then you have their customer service: painfully slow and they have never solved a single problem for me in 8 years.
