Most frustrating experience ever. Trying to renew Emirates ID. Upon photo there is error. Made more than 10 versions, all rejected. Visited two times I offline centers. (They call them happiness centers, but for me they are far from happiness). No help. It's impossible to report issue inside app (there notification saying temporary error). 325 AED paid, and it's impossible to revert translation or complete it.

i can see huge enhancements in the app and its features. There is only one thing that still wasn't resolved. when entering using UAE and after confirmation, it gets stuck in loading loap. You have to close the app and open it again to work, other that this , it is very beautiful

It became so frustrating when they return your application for more documents that was mentioned as optional and keep returning it with out any informative notes this misleads again in 2024 this app keep impressing me with how poor it is

I needs to be realistic in what they request. I cannot renew my son ID before I renew his port. In other countries port is an optional document to have. Why not the case in UAE? Why one pays every year for a port if they never travel!!! I pay for a service I need. Only ID should be mandatory. port is only travelling document!!! I needs to be make aware this. This is very disappointing. They asked for alot of information they already have. Who makes home phone number mandator

Services are good. JPEG crop is not covering the full picture. It can be improved by croping and extension in all direction as PowerPoint. I had to convert JPEG into PDF files for ing. Fees can be reduced to within AED 200. As resident we need to attest all documents by paying at each stage for each document. Overall it becomes a huge amount.

Full of bugs and very slow . Not a friendly at all and no online unless you want to speak to a bot which is useless. I'm unable to connect with my UAE for the last 3 days and I'm seeing ( unknown error message ) .

Never use that app otherwise wanna get bigger problem than you already have. Useless, incorrectly made, complicated too confusing, complex, not oriented for at all. Has a lot of bugs, glitching and irritating by it interface.
