Best ED provider app!

This is a great app in theory but it has been difficult to use since I first purchased it back in November. First of all they didn't have it updated for Android and I could never get it to open at work. They did provide customer service and and did the updates so I was finally able to use it but now everytime I try to open it at work it makes me and use a . I think this is silly for this kind of an app where you just want it to open when you need it. Not very efficient. Also I wasn't able to use the app for a couple of months and threaten to cancel my service but they said I couldn't and they didn't offer to give me any extra time for the inconvenience and inability to use the program. I won't subscribe again.

Keeps saying update incomplete despite multiple uninstall/reinstall cycles. I also think that if you switch from an iPhone to an Android phone two weeks into your subscription, you shouldn't have to pay another $159.00. Isn't that supposed to be the upside of the subscription over owning it outright?

Great except for the price and yearly renew cost

The price is a little steep; however, you are getting a wealth of information. Helps me in my practice in the ER.
