Original review : Needs some serious patching. I am running into some many bugs on this app. Had to reisntall and now can't access the app at all... Response to Ubeyas : my star rating is very generous for Ubeya. And as for the addressed issue of it being being fixed, this won't mean it will amend the fact that I lost work and money due to this, no compensation. Lost 2 weeks of work. The review will go once the solution is done and dusted...

It continously asks me to enter my phone number to even when i just did. And when i do , there is nothing there, all the job offers and past shifts i have done, which were all there until yesterday. It was very weird as to everything is now kind of unstable and unable to use within less than 24 hours. Update: I just had to reinstall the app. Nothing major. Everything was fine

Hey Devs - do you wanna fix this annoying bug where in-app direct messages are missing the end of their sentences albeit when reading from notifications menu text is complete and unaffected ... Then maybe you earn that extra ⭐ 👍

The UX has room for improvement, adding details whilst setting up a profile kept going round in circles. Also, some of the selection options proved to be pain points as the details didn't seem to , resulting in having to add repeatedly. This could of course just be my phone! Other than this it is easy to navigate, quick and simple to use so all in all an okay experience once past initial setup.

Mental health is not important to them update 19/09/24 so your happy to make things better but your manager called me liar over the phone, is this you making it better or still trying to make me sink back into the dark place? Is it also protocol to hang up on someone who is having an anxiety attack? You must be proud

Won't show links for jobs that it's sent me notifications for & when emailed said jobs won't allow me to access them when linked to them in the app.... the 'technical , chat option simply doesn't exist either.....having so many problems even after reinstalling several times!

Not got any work from this app as all the work it's sending my way is miles away IE:- live in Leicester but keeps sending jobs that are in London??? and there's dose not seem to be a way of changing your settings to cater for your location so that your only get job offer that are in the area that your are looking for.

Buggy, takes you to the top of the list every time you click off a job, would be nice if it showed the distance without having to press a button beforehand every single time. But it does do its job, albeit not perfectly
