I just installed this app on my samsung galaxy s22 ultra phone and can't get past the initial 4 splash screens to get to the actual dashboard. It just stops there. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Same issue. I'm going to try on iPhone to see if I get a different outcome. So far, very disappointed.

Trying to pay your rent with either a debit or credit card incurs a 3.49% fee and a $2 fee if you opt to link your via online banking. Plus, when using the app on my phone , the taps don't even show so I can't click on anything. I can only use this app on my tablet which is ridiculous because I don't carry my tablet every where I go.

Literally no one else (appfolio, any other property management site I've used before) charges an ACH fee to renters. There is NO WAY to use turbo tenant to make payments without a fee since there's an even larger fee on credit cards. A horrible money grab forced on society's most vulnerable, who often don't have a choice since landlords only accept certain forms of payment.

I asked for s copy of my screening report and I was told to provide some stuff before i could get it, so i did just that, then after i provided the info they told me they don't send screening reports but on their own website they say they do.

Literally just instilled then uninstalled to use the actual website. I just went to pay my rent through the turbotenant app that I have been using for over a year, and it directed me to the Google playstore for this app. So installed it, ed in, and it wouldn't even let me get past the tutorial thing to pay my rent. So I had to go to the actual turbotenant website to be able to pay my rent. If you're gonna make us use this app, fix the bugs first.
