Update: If you are having issues logging in, go to your home gym and have them make sure you are assigned to that gym. I was somehow assigned to a gym in Tennessee. One the owner fixed this I was instantly able to logon. I hope this helps someone. I am leaving as a 1 star rating NO ONE from tech would help and clients shouldn't have to troubleshoot and figure out how to fix tgeir app!

I agree w/ other - This app is horrible. Old app way easier, can plan workout way in advance,Not easy to find exactly what you want. Where did the workouts go that could we could see in the original app? The ones for Travel/gym, beginner-experts, certain muscle groups, cardio, or dumbells,etc. ? I do NOT want to enter Every single workout. Sometimes Yes, but all the time -No!! I HATE THIS APP, IT SUCKS!! Very time consuming, & very limited fitness watches will sync 🤬 Old app BETTER!!!

The gym itself is amazing. Bright, open, some good people, and the workers are friendly and knowledgeable. Bathrooms are clean and changing area is wonderful. Having 2 physical keys is helpful just in case the digital one doesn't work. However, I am trying so hard to like the app.....but it sucks. I can plug a lot of information in it, but then I can not find it to compare to previously input information. What's the point in plugging in information if I can not get back to it?

Absolutely the most janky and unintuitive app ever, literally trying to and simply set a and I'm not able to do it, I use tons of authention apps all day and this is amazingly non intuitive

I agree with an earlier review. This app is trash and whoever made the decision to choose the vendor should get fired. Ever heard of beta testing a product before release? If you had, you would have received from your customers before rolling it out further. Even the electronic barcode to let me in doesn't work. It forces the screen to flip and provides a tiny barcode that my gym's scanner can't even read. I had to enter my member ID into another app just to get into my gym.

Well, this is a waste of space. It's supposed to help you get into the gyms, help you with your workout, and so on. What is ridiculous is that I have ed this app 3 times, and have attempted to get my link resent, repeatedly, but they aren't sending the link to my email, I can't , or anything. The people at my Gym can't help because this rides on an Ignite platform.

This new app is complete garbage. Where are all the tutorials and workout instructions/routines? If they're no longer available, I'm deleting the app. I have a friend who was about to because of the app's various instructional routines. If this feature was removed, I'll tell him not to bother. This new app lost a customer.
