simple to use and really helps with the morning routine. would greatly appreciate the option to edit exercises in a preset routine (e.g. change 1-2 exercises in the otherwise perfect "Expert" workout) and create a separate plan (duplicate with modifications) without affecting the original. also maybe the option to "follow along" the demo video while the timer counts down, rather than pausing to see the demo. love the app. thank you Bend team.

The design is cute and it's nice and simple. I like that you can play your own music over the app. However, for the subscription price it would be good to have more variety and some of the stretches for different muscle groups don't seem very accurate. It also doesn't give any accommodations if you have injuries, just tells you to avoid certain exercises and some of the exercises aren't very clearly explained either. I do like how some of the images move to help illustrate.

The app is super basic even in the paid version. There is no way to modify the preset excersies, must create customs. I can't add reps to the stretches. Their is also no sound indicator after transition timmer. The explanation for the exercises is in-depth sometimes or very basic other times for the same stretch. If these are fixed it would be 5 stars. The only people who would enjoy this app are people who don't really have to stretch, but someone told them it's good for you or yoga enthusiasts

great app! helps with flexibility and strength a lot. I'd like to see workouts that you select go up in difficulty as time progresses and an option to select how you feel. for the money you pay for the subscription I'd like to see the app get more personal. that's all.

Stretching makes me feel great. There are so many different workouts to choose from. My big complaint is that there is no narration. I could really use it so I don't miss the fine points while I am stretching. Instead I have to read what to do and then it. A narrator could also remind me to breathe deeply. Once I had things down pat, I could turn off the sound but as a newbie I need the narration.

I've looked at many stretching apps, dled a few. I saw Bend and was happy it had things I liked, I was excited to use it. I dled it, opened it, and saw...you have to pay to use it. (You get 1 free set of basic stretches) Pay not just once, but MONTHLY. No. My exercising is like my gaming/food/hobbies, do one for a while, take a little break, then go back to it. I'd pay maybe $10 once. It's really not worth more than that. Uninstalled. Tell people the price beforehand, save them a dl/uninstall.✌

This app s a wide range of stretching exercises, but it only provides a picture and some notes for each exercise. It's important to have proper video or graphic demonstrations before attempting any exercise to avoid injury or permanent damage. Unfortunately, the developers of this app seem unresponsive to concerns. Overall, I do not recommend using this app.

I like that you're not bothered while moving through your routine, but having a section of tutorial videos would be better than just the still picture and description. Especially for beginners, so they don't hurt themselves. I'm intermediate, and I would still like videos to talk me through the unfamiliar forms.
