I am not able to see my roster properly it's only showing dates no shift start and end time worst glitch.

mark a drop. It does not gets marked. I start and end shift and later realise request did not go through due to what not. This apps need to work real tome of drops are getting marked or not. Also sams happens with shifts. I mark start and end. But it vanishes. I come and fulfil my duty. But on multiple occasions i got hul or ul due to app glitches. . The best part is if you wish to give on app. It says check your internet. How funny.

Sorry to say but old version or interface was far more better then this one. The new version looks like a new startup mobile app with very less features, no details, no vibe at all to use the app. Either a new version very soon with animation and visuals or make it like the previous version which is far better than this.

The app is great but there are features need to added in app 1- Changing Transport address through app itself 2- If possible give option add 2 different address atleast for transport address. As sometimes it get difficult to get adhoc for the employee. 3- Sending swap request through app itself Try to give more access to employees for making changes in their details etc as it will be convenient for them to access it from anywhere as we are unable to to pacehr from phones and desktop

Unable to use Fingerprint feature. Earlier I was able to, but for some reason I don't get the prompt to use fingerprint. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but still can't get it. Please check. Do note, the fingerprint unlock has been enabled in the app all the time.

I'm unable to get to the page when mobile data is on, only when connected to wifi can get through, no issues with my mobile data as everything else works fine, error states no internet connection, I've cleared app cache and data and the app settings also has data usage allowed, how ever still no resolved please help

App is very useful when an employee is with TechM. Everything in one App is a very good idea which can be taken by many other companies to be implemented in theirs. However some improvements that can be made to make it the best App is by updating some vital information like performance(NPS and AHT). Thank you TechM and I feel proud to be at TechM.

App is good however poor rating coz fingerprint option messes up with every update. I hav to click on the field then it asks for fingerprint thenI need to click on Sign in. After last update, sent email to the developer but no response and no fix.
