From what I understand. Bloomington, Il will be taking back Thier buses and doing everything themselves. I hope they create a usable app. We will see. This thing is utter trash. It's useless and it used to work quite well. Either the city or the app developers quit caring. The town was good enough to let people ride free during covid. Kudos to BLM/Normal. But we really NEED a working app no matter what happens. A website on a Phn screen is impossible to navigate . Help the peeps plz!

Waited 30 minutes at a stop that the app said at least one bus was supposed to arrive at in a few minutes. Saw that bus as well as 2 others go by on a different road multiple times. Dont know if its an outdated route but not a single bus came to pick up that stop. Either the routes need updated or the buses are ignoring certain stops. Either way the app is no help.

Freezes upon opening. Uninstalled reinstalled nothing works. 23dec22 finally after 2days of not being able to use the program uninstalled and reinstalled. The app is working at this time. Time will tell.

Does Connect Transit even realize the inconvenience and frustration regarding the limited Purple route?! There are definitely a lot of people that ride this route every day. It has been limited since the beginning of COVID. It's time to make the purple route every half hour again!!

The app barely ever opens. When it does open sometimes the buses do not appear on the map. I use the buses to get to work an this app is more often wrong with times than right

This app sucks. Sometimes it says there is no buses running, when there is, and sometimes it doesn't even load. It's unreliable.
