Brilliant idea and secure locations for hassle free travel. Pretty straight forward too and quite reasonable as well. Only thing would that make make it greater is that if the location has no slots,it should not show dates or a message saying "no slots available ".

I booked a reservation and immediately tried to cancel it. I tried several times but the “cancel” button on the app was not working. I sent an email to inform Stasher and I was told I could not cancel after my drop-off time period. Which was inaccurate, since I began trying to cancel way before the allotted hour for drop-off expired. Also, the app was not working, so it was hardly my fault. I was told they would refund me within the next 15 days. 30 days later I still have not been refunded.

This app is a SCAM. We reserved a spot near Union Station Toronto and the Operator told us they are not working with Stasher but their location is listed on Stashers app without the operators consent. The operator told us this is not the first time they experience from the app, the matters had fallen on deaf ears after reporting the incident repeatedly. We ended up installing another app to deposit our bags but it's a good half an hour wasted on this ridiculous problem.

The UI is not very clear in allowing you to change dates and times and no of bags, but the service is good.

Easy to use and very convenient, we've used the service a few times and each time we just walk into a normal looking shop, say we have stasher bags to drop and away we go. Used this to leave our luggage while at the TSwift eras concert and it was so much better than getting a marked up local hotel room!

I took a chance on Stasher after a not so great experience with another luggage storage service. Glad I did. I have used Stasher app three times and will continue to. Cannot beat the convenience.

Use the website to book, the app doesn't let you back out to amend things (like time or location), hence the 4 stars not 5. Was initially dubious, but saw a sign outside a hotel whilst out and decided to book for the following day. Easy booking process and reasonable value for not having to lug bags around after checking out of the hotel. Opted for a recognised hotel chain as the location rather than a random souvenir shop, maybe next time. Would definitely use again.

Please ditch the American way of providing dates. it is super error prone for most of the world. At least provide the option to change it or make it consistent across the app. This inconsistencies are very bad for an app that is based upon time. + Please implement the back gesture to go to main screen. I'm closing the app all the time.
