does not work well, no updates, does not pull caller id in a timely manner. uses personal vm if you decline a call. only uses vm if it rings out unanswered. pulls wrong list, only uses native list, not outlooks, which requires maintenance if two files, resulting in duplicates and old numbers being used to make calls.

The app is cool, in that i can run my business line and personal number through 1 phone. However, it is criminally slow. I've spent the last 15 minutes trying to send a text to a client and can't get app to even respond to my keyboard to get her number in!

Bluetooth not connecting or disconnecting often. Frustrating as all other applications work with Bluetooth so I have narrowed it down not to be a connection or phone issue. Since it is a company line, there is not a easy way to or trouble shoot issue.

Constantly crashes, often when trying to answer calls or open group texts, becomes unresponsive. Sometimes calls won't ring but show up as missed a few minutes later. Rebooting Android device and clearing cache doesn't help. Sync issues with Outlook.

This app is always trying to update the profile and can not update comes with an internal error 407. Totally disgusting app. I tried uninstalling but still coming again and again. Also chat through the website someone responded and told me she will remove but nothing happen. TOTAL DISGUSTING!!

Not getting text messages. My customers are not able to hear me half the time, there is a 20-30 second delay when speaking. Great concept, horrible execution.
