Seems they fixed it.Yay, the version before this, would not let me . But this version reinstalled fine, and all my IDs loaded, license, car registration, and CoViD recorded, which now seems to have changed to a QR code. New phone, while app transfered over credentials didn't(think this is the way it should work) logged in no problem. Works great.

The app itself is good when it works. The process is too onerous though, it doesn't seem to the fingerprint method and asks me to with a , then a code by email. Compare this to grabbing my wallet and showing my physical id - why would I go through all of these s instead? It would be nice if the app just re my preference to use a biometric sign in.

Attempted to sign up then . Got signed up after several failed attempts to scan my ID. Was forced to go again and keep getting a pop-up telling me "Unable to load Page" - finally got in though. The service calls in the app seem to work extremely slowly. Input fields on sign up wouldn't properly map auto-fill data from the OS to the proper fields. Has potential to be useful, but seems to have stability issues - Pixel 7 Pro - Android 14 - WiFi - app version V10.6, b1012

Having the same issue that many other s are having. Everytime I try to it sends me a one time code for verification and then leaves me hanging on the verified screen with nothing else to click other than the back button, which just brings me right back to the start. There is also no info I can find for or anything like that. Bummer.

Amazingly slow to show anything useful - can't imagine trying to use this app when the pressure is on - traffic stop, showing ID at a bar, etc. Lost my vaccine record after previously showing it. Now it won't even allow me to - gets stuck at the screen where you enter the code it texted to you after entering id and . COME ON Colorado!!! - is this the best you can do?

I really want this app and I want it to work. I had it over the summer and it worked and it was awesome! Then, like many others, it stopped working (the lack-of-keyboard problem), so I uninstalled it. But I started reading reviews here suggesting it was working again, so I reinstalled it. I went to and waited for my verification code. After hours, it still hasn't shown up. C'mon, Colorado! Do better!

8/6/23 still stinks. I have to re too often, with three verification codes in the process. Update- I reinstalled the app to give it another try. It's been more stable and hasn't lost all my data lately. But logging in is a real pain in the neck. ----- I really want to like this app. It generally works pretty well, and has good uses, with drivers licenses, vaccine cards, etc.

Used this for months for proof of vaccination. Today, I can view my license, but when I attempt to view my vaccination info, I'm asked to provided my name, DOB, etc again. The issue is when I tap any of the fields, nothing happens, I can't enter text into them. Oddly enough I can long press and paste into the fields. Attempted pasting in all of my info. But upon clicking the submit button I get an error indicating there's no value for "first_name, last_name."
