App was decent for the last year and with the big update recently. I actually enjoyed using it with all of the cool features. But for the past week, everytime I and it trys to load and start up, it freezes and crashes instantly. Only way I can fix this is manually installing/unistalling the app every single time I try to and it crashes. Super annoying. Once this gets fixed, I'll change my review.

It was working fairly fine for 3 weeks. It does freeze up. I was unable to clock in and out properly today & have tried to Uninstall & reinstall the app several times and still having trouble using the "pin" feature? The number pad does not appear for some odd reason. Unsure of how to access pertinent information from home (schedule, pay, & other critical information if there's any changes to schedule or important information on days off where you can't from home). I appreciate your help!

Randomly gives token error, requiring full reinstall. Logging in is terrible: either it doesn't send the code, sends multiple codes in succession, won't accept the code it sent, or freezes and restarts every time I look at my messages to get the code (which usually means I have to request another code). Sometimes it looks like it's accepted the code and is letting me , only to take me back to the log on screen again.

Every four to six weeks the app kicks me out. Then I have to Uninstaller and re install. This sometimes it takes several tries to make it work. This time it's been two days and I still can't . Fix the damn app. It's now day four and I still can't access the app. I have tried three more times this morning and so far I STILL can not access the app. Starting day 5 STILL no access. I've never been locked out this long before.

Oh good... Another update. This time it's taking up additional storage space on my phone to add language Translation capabilities, which have been readily available through Google for years now. Keep adding enough features to it and soon I won't have enough storage space to keep it installed.

Everything works in the most stupid drawn out way possible. None of the drop down menus work when you need them to report an absence. And hey maybe have everyone sign into everything with the WIN number we get instead of a name, , and stupid freaking store number. So much inefficiency from a multi billion dollar store. Update, you guys suck so freaking hard at fixing ANYTHING WRONG. THIS APP IS HORRIBLE. IT'S EASIER TO RUN UPSTAIRS AND CLOCK OUT ON THE COMPUTER THAN THIS. JESUS!

Not working, says to update app, no update showing. Uninstalled and reinstalled but same result. Can't clock in or out having to stand in line for computer as others with same issues.
