Very pricey. Even after first "free ride," I paid more than Uber/Lyft. I don't like "per minute/mile" charge, because once my driver made a wrong turn, I had to now pay for it. If there's a draw bridge delay for 5 minutes, I have to pay for it. If there's traffic, I'm now paying A LOT(even over my estimated price.) Cars are clean, with free water, WiFi and chargers. This is definitely for up scale market and not for those who are looking to save. I'd rather know what I'm paying up front.

This rating is entirely based on the interface. I'm visually impaired and find that virtually all components are quit small and difficult to see. There's a small label that prompts you to input the pickup location into a relatively tiny field. There are very small icon on each side at the bottom and only a previous would understand what these are for. My wife has worst vision than I, and though she might prefer a safer ride experience, it would be impossible to use this app.

Mostly good, unless you're not scheduled ahead. I like it better than Lyft and Uber. They have a fleet. Wish they were in more locations. Great if you travel with children. Connecting to the driver seems broken. Try to call or text the driver and you get this message: "We are unable to connect you to your driver at this time. Please ensure you are using the phone number that is configured in your profile."

They offer a significantly different and enhanced experience so if you're searching for a cheap price this is not the right service for you. Still only three stars because their customer service is pretty poor, it's great if you can get ahold of them but the phone number doesn't have a way to get to a real human and there is no live chat

I saw someone using this service as I was walking near downtown Houston. When I woke up and caught the bus for work the next day, I saw an ad on Instagram about it so i decided to the app. Sometimes companies think that if you put credit card information early, it causes for an easy and smooth ride booking. But that's simply not the case. I would like to see the rates and figure out how to navigate through the app before I start putting my card information.

Bait and switch. It asks if you are ready to or just looking around. I wanted to look around to get idea of rates. No dice. It wants a credit card up front. No thank you. That's the trick to fast cash with companies like this. They tell you you won't be charged during a trial period and then they hope you forget to cancel and charge you. Either give a 14 day trial or don't.

ed, signed up and paid my monthly fee thinking that with employees and such I was paying a for a more reliable service. Booked a car for the first time, two days in advance for an airport trip. They no showed and we called and they have no idea why the car isn't on the way. Ordered a Lyft and it was here before Alto could even figure out what happened. Do not recommend.

Terrible experience. When people promote the promo codes they don't say "pay the fee and become a member and use within 48 hrs". So instead I ended up paying 3x the price for slower service and pick up from Alto thab Lyft or Uber. Very overpriced, and it takes them longer than Uber and Lyft to pick you up. Driver was nice, but the service is overpriced and costs the same as ordering limo service on uber, except slower. Don't use this service. Order a luxury car from Uber or get a limo service.
