Trash The application doesn't function. If you call CS they say the property handles the issue. If you ask the property manager they say corporate handles the issue. Updating the app doesn't work. I uninstalled, updated and cleared the cache. The issue is a bug in the system. If the app believes you have multiple units, it will display a secondary window to chose the gate you want to open. This window does not connect with the gate.

Yet, again, I have deleted and re ed the new update, which has totally rendered Bluetooth function useless. As the rental rate has increased. Gate issues and night lights not working in my row. Wow! Showed it to my manager, and she had not seen all the gates options that don't work by Bluetooth. This is not good for the winter months coming.

Dev: we released an update. Install and ensure all permissions. Done; however, the version I saw/and rated previously would allow me to PICK WHICH DOOR TO OPEN. BRING THAT BACK. Very poor app experience After 9 installs, with reboot before and after, I can get it to open the gate once. Then it says my code is "*#". So I am stuck inside the facility. Plus it has a background process that runs continuously. The facility is great. This app written and tested by an unacceptably poor team. Even the customer service staff know how bad the spp is. They suggest logging out and in - over and over. When that doesn't work, they tell you to reinstall it.

Edit: newest update resolved the lack of access. Works as intended. Yall need to poke your QA team for letting that slip by. Forced update now all remote access is broken. It's pretty simple. It used to be able to open and close gates from the closed window of my car;now you have to get out and press it because all of the buttons that they've nowadded and none of them work and nor do they respond if you tap on it.

I called around to many storage units and found this one to be the best for my needs. It's an upgraded facility. Clean and feels safe when I have had to go after dark to unload items. Gina, one of the people who works there, was amazingly helpful and easy to talk to. She made the process much less overwhelming. *****The new update makes the app USELESS!!! Talked with Gina and she said others were having issues too but hadn't seen what the app was pulling up for me as of yet. Garbage app.

Here we go again. Went to put something in my unit only to find out i could not gain access because the app was "updated," and one of the updates was for gate access. But it is not working on my phone. I even tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling it, but no luck. Seems like every time they "update" the app, it messes up. Please fix.....and then leave it alone.

My app is so hit or miss (mostly miss) when it comes to being in range of the gate keypad, even when I'm literally within a foot of it. The app is not reliable for that reason. Since the most recent app update, there are more steps to opening the gate via my phone, giving me 5 or 6 gates ("Not in range" of any) and my facility only has one gate. 99% of the time, I have to physically dial my code into the keypad for access, which takes away a lot of usefulness to this app.
