I have subscribed to a 1TB 5G internet line on STC and my signal is the worst since the last 2 months. I have only one bar or 2 bar signal and this is absolutely not acceptable. I had even called STC customer service for assistance and they couldn't do anything. I think we will all have to change to Zain if this continues.

I can't for more than a month, i can my on the website with no issues but always unsuccessful on the app. Update: now application is working fine but still needs more improvements compared to other mobile service providers in Kuwait.

I submitted complain regarding port in issue before 2 weeks i couldn't send and receive the SMS, it is very important but still STC Fail to give me a solution regarding the issues. kindly responsible person follow up this issue please. already speak to customers more than 15 times still issue is same

The app Lack's of maturity , have to uninstall the app then reinstall it after each update... U need to test it before publishing it

I don't know how a huge communication company like STC has a piddling junk application like this ! Every 2 days the application stopped biometric sign in and asked to by using ID number!! then can't untill I follow a OT again ! Really this application is useless 😔
