A decent alternative to taxis or buses if you're a regular . The subscription rollover for regular riders makes rides more affordable by skipping the startup fee. Without that, the ebikes would be too expensive to justify using regularly. I dislike getting a text every odd minute when my bike has a low battery. One would suffice. I shelled out a fortune once forgetting to close a ride. There should at least be an option to remotely close a ride. That case justifies periodic notifications.

used to function well but, now Everytime you try to lock there's will be an issue that forces you to pay more than you are supposed to. It'll start crashing during the photo and you have to exit and re-enter the app multiple times just to lock it. It also has a severe issue with its GPS sometimes the scooter won't even move on the map so you can't lock it. It will say you're in a no ride zone despite clearly being in a ride zone even on their map. you have to move it and come back to lock

Takes forever to load, which might be intentional as if you're using it during a ride it will get money for stalling you. Sometimes it just flat out refuses to unlock or lock bikes. And the map is pretty screwy. You'll find multiple bikes in one location and it'll still tell you that's not a parking spot. Veo in general is still working a lot of things out, it seems. It's a life-saving idea but the execution is not quite there yet.

If in Washington go with Lime instead! They have a lot more availability!! I ended up paying over $40 because the bike stopped working and wouldn't let me end the ride! I had to push it for 20 mins!! It then stopped again because I was over an hour! But it didn't end on my phone!!! I'm Absolutely Fuming!!! If you are stupid enough to use them then don't believe them when.the say it's easy to stop the subscription!! The whole thing has been nothing but a ball ache!!!!!

It is tons of fun so I decided to the commuter package which is $30 a month. And now there is no way yo cancel the hip within the app, this is really scammy because most people may forget to cancel their hip if they are not using the service I live 1hr from the closest veo. Don't sign up for any hip

For some undisclosed reason, veo has started throttling their cosmos at 14mph, Arkansas state law allows class 2 bikes to move at speeds up to 20 mph without throttling or restriction of movement. Veo has throttled the vehicles so takes you more time to travel. I normally take 3 minutes or less to travel, but with new throttle restrictions, it took me 33%more time and 33% more money. This was not disclosd prior to Contracting service with veo. Please restore functionality, will not pay for slow

I have never had more trouble adding funds to a service than I have with this app. This is after updates and adding and removing my card and Google Pay multiple times. It finally worked today after a couple of tries. With 2 different payment methods. This is also the 1st time I've used the app in months because of this issue. Hopefully it's been fixed but we will see.

I have been disappointed more then happy! I don't rate apps very often but when I do it's either because it's very good and deserves the praise or the opposite. And this is the opposite! More often then not bikes don't even move once unlocked. And even though I paid for the 5$ hip to forgo tbe 1$ unlock fee I'm still getting charged .43 for not even moving!! Theft in my book. Got charges 30$ for a bIke that I couldn't submit end, no refund .save yourself frustration
