The Partizan Guard TV is an Android app which allow to create monitoring station using Smart TV or any other Android device.

The Partizan Guard TV app is designed for operation in the mode of constant monitoring and offers three kinds of display channels:
“Spot” mode. In this mode, the application will display only one video channel. The video channels will be periodically switched in the cycle according to the specified application settings.
“Splitter” mode. This mode will allow displaying up to 16 video channels simultaneously. Full-fledged program operation in this mode requires powerful computing resources.
“Spot” + “Splitter” mode. This mode combines the previous two modes, dividing the screen in two equal parts.
