App needs work. I use it as a tracker because I have my own physiotherapist setting my program. I would like to see be able to write my own exercises if these aren't offered in the pick list. I would also like to have more options on the measures because these don't always match the measures provided on the Snap Fitness equipment especially the cardio machines eg steps vs miles or klms.

Buggy app. Steps data doesn't sync from Google Fit, no integration options for Fitbit, trying to view Benefits causes an error code and unable to view the benefits: "Error loading page Domain: undefined Error Code: -1 Description: net::ERR_FAILED". This app feels abandoned and less than the bare minimum. It either needs updating or officially abandoning.

I use the app for the custom workout feature, which is great aside from a bug that prevents scrolling on the reorder exercises page. So I can't reach exercises that are off the screen. Please fix!?

I use Flagship Samsung Ultra phone. This app cannot play the training videos. Half of the video is cut off. Horrible outdated experience. Fix your payer issue. You sure take a lot of money for the hip.

The only way that I can get the Snap Fitness App to update information from Google Fit is to uninstall the Snap Fitness App and reinstall it. It does not refresh ever.. It's very annoying. P.S. for those that are complaining about the date, if you click on the date, it opens up, and you can select the year, etc.

It's OK- could be better for sure, it lags. It would be nice if you got reminders for the classes you have booked or if there was an option to add the classes to your calender. The 3 strike rule and them being locked out for a week or so isn't fair - people sometimes have to work late or can't get a sitter.

ed the app. Easy to set up and go through the process, but entering you DoB is horrendous. Very basic and forces too many questions to be answered. So, it is easy, just a nuisance and old feeling. It's like someone rushed an app because they had an assignment due and they forgot until the night before. It's there, but definitely could be better.

This app is absolutely horrible!!! Since ing in Jan 23, the app lost all my progress 2 weeks after starting, changed the functions it had, and now I've tried to go into my app and it asks me to "sign agreement". I have done this 3 times already, then it says I haven't signed & does not let me proceed. I CANNOT ACCESS THE APP AT ALL!!! And I am expecting it to have lost all my progress again!!! How is anyone supposed to track their progress if you keep losing all our data every month?!?! 😡
