Not the most reliable app, it has been buggy on several occasions while entering the gym. Often times it will start updating when causing you to wait to check in at the desk. Many times it just froze and had to manually check in. While waiting is not the most in convenient event having the app flat out freeze is a major problem. Thinking I could deal with these glitches the app failed at a higher level. Recently while trying to check in the app would return to the home screen,

Just started using the app. Although you can get access to class schedule, it's primary feature is used for approved entre to a facility (bar code check in). Would suggest adding features like on use or perhaps having a note section that allows for entering things like workout routine and fitness progress.

Very old and basic with more errors than not. LA Fitness needs to work on this app to be more efficient and -friendly. 24-Hour Fitness and Planet Fitness has a better app experience. Seems to me that LA Fitness is in need of some major overhauling in all aspects.

Trying to use this app while traveling is atrocious. I typed the city, then the state I'm in and it said there's no clubs. However, when I selected the state and said "Search this area" a dozen clubs including one only a few miles away. This seriously needs to be addressed

This app is not very functional. Lacks ability to track performance. Never get email or text messages about any maintenance issues at my club. It only really serves to provide club check-in as far as I have used. Could be a lot better.

App is terrible "error trying to new device" Everytime I try to check in. Device isn't knew, I'm not trying to , I just opened the app I used previously on the same device I've had. Now it doesn't work. Oddly enough the esporta app works without any issues

My (correct) is not working. Instead of normal reset options, this app has only one option, i.e. to enter the barcode number from the hip card I received when I ed LA Fitness years ago. Front desk personnel were not able to help me because LA Finess's computers are down.

App was keep crashing whenever I tried to pull up my hip qr code. Uninstalled and ed the app again. Asked me to but forgot my name or . Tried to find my name or but the first thing they ask is to type in a barcode instead of asking my name or phone number to go through this. Very inefficient method.
