No. All you need is your jump ropes, this app, and enough space to jump no gym required. But for some crossfit style workouts, you will need kettlebells and barbells which are optional.

Pretty cool app, I don't do every routines but the few I use, I do them regularly. Just add some good music with a player app and you're ready to skip! What I'd love to see in the pro version though would be to be able to create our own routines in the timer/tabata part of the app, just having a timer is good but adding the existing exercices the way we want it would add so much to the app. It would be super duper cool!

Was looking for a Jump Rope app and came across this as it had a Pro version and the app was looking awesome went ahead with it. It will be great if we can add few options. 1) Instead of showing the warm-up to add that so that when following it it starts with the warmup and then the exercises. Also if we can have an option to add or not to add it before the sessions. 2) Add an option of cooling after the workout is complete. Thus making it a complete workout. 3) Option to choose from the sets of pre defined exercises modules to create our own set. 4) Option to create and save our own exercise modules and based on the exercises selected it shows as which part of the Muscle group it will work upon if we do this custom module. 5) Option to backup (local/cloud) our data and workout modules created by us. 6) Options to get our friends on this app so that we can workout together as a group. Hope this request will be heard and also to soon see these features with the updates.

I love this app! I've been a bit sedentary lately feeling overwhelmed by work and put on some extra pounds. Wanted a workout I could do anywhere (which would eliminate a lot of excuses Not to exercise) and that didn't cost a lot of money. The pro version of this app is $3! It's been great!!! I'm up off of the couch and I'm getting my jumps in every day. Just getting started so I haven't dropped weight yet but I will say I'm definitely feeling better

I loved this app for it's simplicity and nice design. This app has a great potential and in order to give it 5 stars in future I would suggest adding the possibility creating custom workout from available list of exercises and arranging workouts in a weekly/monthly plans or challenges. Also during the workout 1 min rest period always comes after & is followed by extra 10s rest rest that is a bit annoying.

Am so glad I paid for this version! There are some amazing exercises that are tailored towards beginners and more advanced workouts. I love being able to go from a more relaxed exercise to more challenging exercies! I love how they also tell you how many calories you are burning and it gives you more motivation to keep going

Very good App I've been using this for a week now and the exersizes are very well thought out. You can do a long workout or a short workout. Either way, they will build a sweat, and you will feel awsome afterwards. Skipping has never been so fun. Looking into a better Jump Rope

Hi. Nope. It's still not working. Since the update, the music (I am listening to spotify simultaneously) is not amplifying anymore between the coaches announcements. Besides that a great app. Love it.

Seems like a really good replacement to another app that shall remain nameless due to its greed. Greatly appreciate the full suit of features in the free version and the one time purchase of pro version.
