Inconsistent, it seems to do what it wants this app. Sometimes, you can end a visit to head to another location so you can edit it somewhere more private. Other times, you close it and won't let you do anything. Another problem with this app is that sometimes you have to keep putting in your reapteadly before you can even get into it. Syncing sometimes doesn't work, so once you finish writing your notes, it won't sync, so you close the app to reopen it, and all your notes are gone.

Absolutely awful app. Not been able to to a single call for the past 2 days. It tells me that I need to enable all permissions, but when I check, all permissions are already enabled.

I'm a service and need to be able to see who and when the carers are that are visiting my mother. I have only been using this app for 3 days, and it's a nightmare. I can only on one device due to needing the devices ID, which is useless as I don't carry my table around all the time. The interface on my phone makes it near impossible to . Wish the care company had read the reviews on this app before changing.

Having to use this app by the company I work for... its awful, so long-winded, its slow, always resyncing, if a call as been cancelled you still have to go through all the task's before ending the call, there is no shortcut to end the call... you always have to everytime you leave the app.... 2 plus with this app, you can see wat time you start and end the call, if your logged in at one call, you can come out of it and check on your next call your going to...

The app used to be ok at first, but recently it has been crashing!!! I am now having to sync the phone and wait before I do another action on the phone, then sync again. It takes too much time. I need to give more time to my service s rather than the app. It says I have to upgrade the app as the actual version does not the server... but where do I upgrade the version??? !!! It says on my app that it has automatic updates... It's Hopeless!!!

Awful app, keeps freezing, poorly set up, very expensive for company. Price agreed at start which has nearly doubled due to add ons (that you need). Help and very limited (unless you pay extra). Contract continues to run unless you give 3 months notice prior to the contract running out. Can't wait to leave and move to a decent app, worse decision ever moving to this one. Avoid at all costs.

The definition of insanity! It continuously tells me I need to sync the app. Erases visit I've done, meaning I have to times and text them into my office. Clears clients information and leaves me with a white screen, that thankfully doesn't crash my phone. It fails to show when a clients is a double handed, meaning I've spent time, that should be spent with my client, trying to work out and get in touch with whom I'm working with. My job would be easier without this horrible app.

Terrible app.. as a carer, can't daily calls to keep a record . Logging in all the time is so time consuming, should have finger/iris recognition, very slow when ticking boxes it reverts back to top every time then you have scroll down . Constantly syncing which takes ages , so frustrating. Really needs some work!! i don't have anything positive to say about it ...
