My Experience with Niva Bupa UNO is okay, but the thing is I have to delete and it every 2 days because it doesn't show me option of Spectrum , & not even my renewal business, I don't know for what glictch?? Very bad experience. issues, very slow working, everytime asking incorrect features, when claim showing "policy no. and DOB is not matching." Finger print doesn't working properly, it's show msg "your finger match successfully" but always entered details again manually for . Policy documents and renewal notice almost always show error & rest of the time depends on your luck.
