Keeps crashing, erases text messages after every update, right now I can and also can't get in with anyone from customer service. It's very frustrating. You can't text on the PC version and you can't send images on the app version. I can get it to work sometimes on Bluetooth others I just give up. Sometimes the PC app is ringing but not the phone app. There's always a delay when I make a call, and no, it's not my ISP. If the app isn't open It won't ring or notify.

It used to work well. I was actually getting better call quality in the app than the phone I purchased from magic jack. For the past few days I am not getting any calls through the app. Really disappointing. It's vital for my business that the app works. Phone service should be reliable, not hit or miss. Not sure how long I will remain with magic jack if this continues.

We started using this service not to long ago. It's great. A little finiky sometimes. Just wanted to ask a couple of questions. A) why can't we hear the voicemails through bluetooth? B) when listening to voicemails, is there a way we can rewind or fast forward them or have the ability to control where we can start or stop them like most voicemail calls? C) when we get a notification on our phones, we can see the person's name that left the voicemail, but not when we look at the vmail

Is nice to have this service with being able to use two cell phones. But I have had issues where sometimes I don't receive all my calls or messages. Sometimes the service is not all that good. For a small business starting off is good then later on definitely getting a better service.

How can the Magicjack for business allow an unauthorized number port out. I've had a Magicjack personal line for years and never had problems so I decided to get a business line and phone in June 2024. Today I see as many times my desktop phone shows no Service and usually drops connection and comes back. Well after an hour still no service so I reboot and no change, check router etc and no change. Open the app and is logged out, try logging on and no go. Online says call CS

After having for 1 year for business. Can be sitting at desk and their desk phone rings but not in my app at same time when its supposed to. Would miss calls since it never rang.? You can't text images thru the app only call n text. When you were on phone it was always choppy since it depends on internet ONLY, so had to have wifi or strong signal. Try to quit less than year they will charge you the desk phone. I was porting # out to ATT and having issues & if I'd call again $25 bucks charge!

Been a customer since 2008 with the home service now have the business service for my business and for $35 a month I get two numbers one an auto assistant the other a direct line with great forwarding features and a soft phone that works great with my Plantronics headset. You can even send sms but no MMS but that is the last thing on my mind. The auto attendant is freaking awesome, the physical phones though limited are great.

I have had my home based business now for 30 years and I've been using MJB since it launched it in 2017. They have had a couple of minor glitches with only the app along the way but since the new update on July 1, 2020 it works great! I have a MJB desk phone and the app on my smart phone. I like the music on hold and the easy to use conference call feature on the desk phone. I can also block numbers using my online that I don't want calling me again like spam calls. It really is the best deal I've ever found for anyone in a small or home based business!
