I got the Accu blue device which promised if I pay $55 a month there will be a $50 credit available to me, but the use of that credit is unbelievably difficult. I'm very close to canceling this . I don't recommend it until they figure out how to connect their systems so that you don't repeatedly show up at a Leslie's store and not get the credit. I understand how they are trying to manipulate me and it pisses me off. Please change the pricing for AccuBlue to $5 a month with no credits.

App no longer works for me. When I first installed it it worked pretty good and the tests seemed to be pretty accurate. After that it would work intermittently and now it does not work at at all for me. Every time I try to use it I get the message: Oops something went wrong. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several time and clearing the casch and restarting my phone. Nothing works.

I find this easy to use while keeping track of my swim spa. I started out testing manually with the occasional trip to the Leslie's store for a full diagnosis, which shows in the app. I eventually went with the AccuBlue home program and so far have no problems with samples or weird pool water changes

App is OK as a whole but the primary complaint for us is the AccuBlue system that tests water is now wasting discs. It tests the water, gets to 100% and nothing happens. What a waste

Extremely slow and clunky app. Loses water test results of it loses connection with tester even after it shows you the results, but before you save it.

Removing 2 Stars because after I run the water test and click "Save and View Treatment Plan", I get an error message. The results won't save. If I close the app and reopen it, the previous results are shown with the current date. Also, sometimes when I load the disc into the tester, the test just hangs with the message "Preparing for water Test" and I have to start over again with another disk.
