The is very glitchy and freezes often. Forces me to shut down all my running apps to start over. I came here to see if there's an update but there's not. So I figured I'd rate the app. Update to this app. It's horrible. I can't even open it anymore and it is up to date. Update: came here to see if there was an update for the app unfortunately there wasn't. I have season and was looking to get parking for tonights game I usually do that through this app but when I open the app I don't have any options other than switching back and forth between Kings mode and golden one mode! This app sucks!!!! You'd think having a golden 1 arena app it would be state-of-the-art but it's a garbage! fix it! It's always hads problems!

Notifications don't work about 50 percent of the time, they often will either; open my browser to its usual home page which is not kings related, open the kings app with the correct content, open the kings app to the main page, or open my browser with the correct content. Four different possibilities for an action that should simply open in the app to the notification story, but instead frustrating experiences with the app. I'm using dolphin browser for Android if that helps fix the issue.

I cannot to the season ticket section though I can through a Browser. Many times when I open the app I get the spinning circle and the app never opens coompletly. I have a brand new phone so it certainly isn't my phone. Previous versions of this app have been horrible also. update in 2019- issues again. tell me wrong credentials. I go to change my and can through the clicktix website. go back to the app- wrong credentials. this app needs some major help.

10.28.19 STARS:0 App continues to be hot trash! This shiz freezes ALL THE TIME. Half of the time my season tix don't show up. App crashes or freezes a lot. I kind of hate it to be honest. Edit: App freezes ALL THE TIME. Note8 Update 12.14.17 App is still TERRIBLE. It is unresponsive, slow, and just plain clunky. Why??? I can't even get things to open up correctly from it's own notifications. GARBAGE 9.2.18 Update App is still clunky and glitches plenty. Using a Note 9.

I ed this app so because of the King's use of cryptocurrency tokens in the 'Call the Shot' feature. I'm excited to see 'Call the Shot' the feature but haven't been able to access it at all. It won't stop loading and keeps giving an error message about a a slow network. I've tried this on 2 Android devices now and on several WiFi networks, and keep getting the "too slow" error. So for me this app is currently broken.

This is probably the worst app out there. It hangs randomly and does not let me sign in with my credentials. Basic error handling code seems to be missing from the app design. It's funny how if the app crashes, guess you can't attend the event you pay for. I will update this message if I can find an app that has been designed worse than this one, despite the low bar this one sets. Disgusting!

Since Ticketmaster has taken over, I can't sign in to my Kings App such as getting into my royalty points when at the concession. I had to change my several times. Absolutely ridiculous. The only way to get to get to my tickets was to a website, and save it to my phone. This has been very incovenient!!!!

Horrible app. It d that you could stream the Kings preseason game live if you are within 75 miles of the Golden 1 Center. At first the app said I had to have location based services turned on, which it was. After several tries it recognize that it was on. However it would not let me stream the game because it said I was outside the required area. Based on Google Maps I am 24 miles away from Golden 1, and that's road miles in a straight line it's closer. Bottom line it's a horrible app. Don't waste your time.
