The workouts and plans are great, love that they have both video and written descriptions of the workouts and stretches. The walk/run segments of the training plans desperately need audio guidance. It's very inconvenient to stare at my phone screen while I'm running outside trying to keep up with when to walk/run. If this were fixed, 5 stars.

Great workouts! The app is so easy to use and well laid out. I'm loving "Total Body Power" and feeling stronger with more stability in my running. Exactly what I need right now as I rebuild after a series of injuries.

I'm 57 years old and I've been running trails for almost three years now but have had issues with injuries and overall running health. My doctor suggested I follow Meg on Instagram and that led me to her app. I've been using it for less than a week and have noticed a huge improvement in my mobility and am in less pain than I've been in for a long time.

Horrible design. When trying to choose a plan you can't just look at a list and compare, each plan takes up the whole page with a completely unnecessary picture behind the text. So you have to all the details of what you've looked at while you scroll through. Added to that, all race plans for the same distance are not next to each other!!! So you can't easily compare all the 10k race plans and pick one that matches your goals.

Updating my review - I have been using her app for a month now. I love the strength workouts that are running specific and the guided runs! Tips that seem so simple have really helped my form and efficiency during runs! I started the 10 week outdoor HM plan a month ago and in just 4 weeks I noticed so much more stability, and no hip pain. This has truly been life changing. I look forward to each run and each workout, pushing outside my comfort zone and doing new things I couldn't before! 10/10!

Three stars only because I really like the program. App itself is difficult to use. Also the video instruction and audio desperately need to be able. It is extremely frustrating to have my run audio guide cut out because I am running somewhere with bad data. Also wish there was a way to make the timer on the work outs make noise so I didn't have to watch the screen to know when to switch exercise. The actual running programs are great though.

I was really excited to use this app, but it just doesn't work. The audio-guided runs play for 30 seconds and then stop. This was the whole reason I purchased the app. There's no way to them for offline use, but even on WiFi, they stop playing and I have to restart the whole workout. The rest of the app is glitchy and it's really difficult to find my program. There are also a lot of misspelled and repeated pages which is fairly minor. I won't be resubscribing next month.

So happy the "favorite" and "search" options have been finally added for Android s!! I've been using this app for the past couple of months and loving it. Love that you can choose to do a quick/short workout, or combine a couple of them for a longer workout. Also, I love that it has specific muscle groups to work on. I got some glute med imbalance issues that I've been trying to correct with PT, and the unilateral work along with my PT exercises has been so much help the last month or so!
