Installed the app, paired and connected no issues. Once I closed the app and looked again a little while later the app wasn't connecting to my G5. Looked again a little while later and it connected. Sporadic connections at best and I am an IT guy.. Sad when you can't depend on the app for your oxygen machine..

Still not getting it to connect right to my phones bluetooth. It showed it paired then said not comnected make sure unit and phone are close. I hadn't moved it since pairing. They were no more than 1 ft apart. Even when I had them almost touching less than an imch apart got the same message. My phone is supposed to be able to work with this app! I checked but it doesn't work in any real way. Not happy! I love my Inogen G5 but not this app. I will have my son in law try to troubleshoot it.

App works fine with Samsung after you get the provider code and follow instructions. seems this app was an afterthought in the design. What is lacking is the ability to control the concentrator when you are carrying in a backpack. The ability to check the battery is still a plus. If the App was able to control at least the setting, I would give 4 stars.

This app definately needs work. Looks like its development was an after-thought. The only information it provides that you can't see on the built-in display is total run hours and how many days since you changed cannula or cleaned the filter. No control function at all. Plus, it tends to loose Bluetooth when changing batteries and, if you change phones, there's no way to disconnect from your old phone . !!

ed the latest version 2.0. Had difficulty establishing the Bluetooth connection but finally made it. App can not find the G4 concentrator. Uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times. Worked with 3 different customer care techs but could not get the app to see the concentrator, so app is basically worthless as is. Old version, while not very useful, at least worked. Hopefully, Inogen will get this fixed.

It works, but if you can't do anything such as adjust the flow with the app, it's not very useful. I wear my G5 in the Inogen backpack. If I'm out walking, sometimes I need to increase the flow temporarily. As it is, I have to stop and take off the backpack to do so. Also, not sure why they have to track my location. No benefit to the . You can use it as a GPS to find your way. Saying that you can "interact" with your concentrator is misleading. It's "read only" Needs improvement.

Version 2.0 is terrible. Can't find my G4. Installed and uninstalled app several times. Called customer and they called back and left message. Have tried reaching them several times since and hang up after being on hold for 15-20 minutes. Very disappointing given the very high cost of the concentrator.

This app is basically useless. It never pairs with my mother's oxygen concentrator, even after we follow all pertinent instructions. The app also has information pertaining to an older model and not the one we purchased. After so much money and trust that customers have invested in Inogen, you would think they would make a competent app.
