Trying to book and pay for a stay. I got to the secure . After getting the , I tapped on the Hipcamp screen to put in the and your app very kindly deleted everything and sent me back to the "do I want to book a stay somewhere ". Needless to say I gave up. I can't pay if your app doesn't allow it. So yeah, thanks for wrecking my plans.

We use this app regularly. Great alternative to caravan parks and much more affordable and offers a wide range of different experiences depending on where you choose to stay. In fact, we have not stayed at a traditional park since our first trip away using Hipcamps!! We have an Ezytrail Parkes MK3 and have always stayed where water and electric hookups are available. So much available within a 2 hr drive of where we are. Highly recommend 👌

Their is abysmal. When an issue is tagged as urgent, they are supposed to get right back to you, they did not. I have had an open urgent ticket for over 8 days. They are supposed to offer 24/7 as included with their fees. The Campsite was not as d and they will not issue refunds for the days I did not stay, even though it was false advertising. I ed videos and photos only for them to do a standard refund request which just asks the owner if they'd like to refund.

I'm trying to share my link to refer folks but it's not letting me... When looking for a place, this is where I check first. Awesome customer service, great spots offered, detailed. So grateful for this app! Instead of $$$ for a place to pressure can while on the road it's usually under $30 a night with electric! Outstanding tool for road life!!!

Wonderful business, but unfortunately a really poor app experience. It's super slow, doesn't auto fill Google Pay details, often restarts when switching between other apps. After booking I also saw a popup telling me to the app... while I was in the app.

Great easy to use interface good detail on the places to stay loads of photos and reviews from other campers. Takes a lot of guess work out of finding that perfect spot whatever you are looking for.

LET US SORT! So sick of apps/sites (like this one) TAKING autonomy and TIME from us. We know what we want and don't have the time to scroll forever through all the unsorted options! Please tell me this option is available and I'm just not seeing it. So gross without it.

so far I have had good experiences with hosts, I have not run into any issues with other folks camping in the same areas. the sites have been clean, the people are great folks who are happy to host, which is appreciated for those of us who do the truck/van lifestyle. some places are off leash friendly although if you have a smaller dog whose prone to chasing things a longer leash would be good to bring. if anything changes I will be back to update this review.
