It's very useful, but lacks custom route optimization options (e.g., shortest time, distance, minimize elevation changes), and the need to create multiple versions of the same custom location point to enable round-trip routes is a little clunky. I'm giving it four stars because it's a helpful tool that has several unique (at least to my knowledge)capabilities.

Very, very useful app, absolutely worth the cost. We used this during 8 day vacation in Sydney and it was superb. I set up walking trips in advance and then you have them with real time gps without wifi. I did many new trips on the fly. It tells you exactly how to get anywhere on the fly. You can very easily add any points to include such as your hotel. You cant get lost with this app. Phone drain is not bad. It takes a little while to get the hang of the interface.

Used this app on a recent trip to , Italy, Spain, & Ireland. It was very easy to navigate with, & when that one person decides that they know the way better & dart off, it gets you back on track very easily. The descriptions are clear & informative & well read. We used it to follow tours & also to look up individual sites when we stumbled across them. We're looking forward to using it on our next trip.

Poor quality tours, they just copy the piece of text from Wikipedia and run text-to-speech. If you like automatic voice and tours with very little interesting information, then this one is for you. And, yes, I bought "" subscription but it's useless. The only use I got from this app is navigating from one attraction to the next, but there are Google Maps for this.

Was not intuitive at all. We were in north Boston on foot. All I wanted was an app that showed me where I was, where all the best landmarks were, and showed my location on the map as I was walking. This app didn't do that. If it DID offer that functionality, I couldn't find it. Spent an hour trying to figure the app out and finally gave up. Wasted precious time on our short window of site seeing time

We used the app extensively during a recent cruise. We used both the walking tour and travel article functions. Cities visited included Venice, Kotor, Split, Dubrovnik, and Athens. The pre-built tours worked great, but if you want to do your own thing - you can. Use the travel articles and the "go there" option to visit specific sights that interest you.

We have only used the app a few times, but we don't follow the predefined routes. We try to see some of the highlights shown in the app and just kind of wander through the cities. It would be kind of nice to have a guide to areas that are considered unsafe as we have seen a few places that we would not walk through again. We are adventurous but . . .

Many cities/towns have walking tours, which is exactly what I wanted. Sometimes, a DIY walking tour is nicer than an overpriced tour where you have to do what everyone else is doing. We still do package tours if what we'd like to see is farther than we can cover on foot. I think this app is worth the money.
