This app is so frustrating! The design is very confusing and infuriatingly hard to navigate. Virtually every week, I'm convinced that my team's game isn't available! Closing and opening doesn't solve it. It appears that only reinstalling can overcome it. On a more positive note, the stability of the streaming is significantly improved this season. Please simplify the damn design! Like, open the app with "Today's Available Games" that clicks open to one's choice.

Been using NFL+ for past 3 years. This app always seems to freeze when I rotate the screen. The game freezes occasionally where I missed plays while watching, has an issue of selecting RedZone when selecting a specific game to play, and these issue keep getting worse. I don't pay over 100$ to miss parts of games. Also how do you not record the kickoff to the replay game? Is that not part of the game? Ridiculous for a paid service.

Wanted to watch a game I missed earlier in the day. Signed up for NFL+ so I could replay a game and it was absolutely horrible with freezing. Never had an app freeze as bad as this. Funny how it couldnt make it through the half time show but froze at every other commercial during the breaks. I will state this was on the TV app that I was having issues. Just sickening. I had to restart the game several times before I gave up and mirrored the game from my phone to the TV. That wasn't great

I pay for NFL+ annually and the app is trash. It crashes every single time I try to watch a game on my fire TV stick. Works okay on my phone, but it should work great on both apps. Billion dollar industry and they can't get a paid streaming app to work properly. Multiple years in a row, just plain bad. Sure would be nice to be able to watch a game replay or the All-22 not on my phone. Shame.

Nice to have as an app when on the go but it is not even in comparison with live tv. Drive chart is pretty spot on but watching live is a joke, not to mention how it will cut off live game play to host the 2 minutes of commercial (actually used a stop watch for this) on supposedly 30 second commercials. Better than nothing I guess. Update: 3 stars down to 1...literally cannot save favorite team. does not work which means you can't watch anything .

Glitchy and poor quality video. Red zone is nearly unwatchable with pixelated video. Using 1Gb fiber should have nearly zero video issues and only this app struggles to maintain quality streaming. Tried to watch a game replay day after and what a terrible experience. The screen was blank with audio and the controls lock up if you ever do get video.

I don't use this app for much, occasionally to read news or look at scores. Recently it started running in the background constantly and will not stop. It has background data permission turned off and force close ot regularly it still keeps turning back on running in background eating up data and battery. Come to point I'm uninstall not worth the hassle.

- Reviews are all 1☆ - You'll Need like 3 subscriptions to watch one team's games for a season. - Cuts out and says "more than one device logged on at once", when there definitely is not. - Zero actual help to resolve anything, no updates, bug fixes, nothing in years. ☆ I'd say Don't Waste the Money... But You Clearly have no choice (The NFL Way) to even have a hope of seeing your teams games regularly. On the Plus Side. (The Only Plus) The Condensed Replays of all Games at any time is Great.
