Way too many issues, freezes, and crashes when trying to edit website or products, mostly products. Can't even edit one line in the description without errors. Wix is looking better and better since doesn't actually do anything to fix it, just gives the same old canned response "we'll this on to our developers."

If there's a website that benefits the business and not the customer it's godaddy. Saturated with ads and extras. Almost impossible to navigate and their terminology can be confusing and misleading. It takes me 10 minutes to find my website to edit and add products. I should spend more time working on my website but I rarely do anymore since it's so confusing. Seeing ads for things i already subscribe to is also very confusing and annoying.

Lags. Freezes. Closes every time I try to type anything in the categories. Stops scrolling for no damn reason. Can't change the boarder colors bc then it changes everything. Can't backspace it closes the whole app. Too many steps just to edit something specific. If I make changes or update anything, I shouldn't have to "publish" again so those changes are seen. Now my "shop" won't even load! Still garbage, even worse now! Keeps g me out, Can't see my stats, pic, nothing upon 1st opening!

This app is so glitchy. Sometimes it'll let me an image, sometimes it won't even let me open up my gallery. I've been trying to update my listing for the last 30 mins and it won't let me. Also, I can't see my listing's options when in the app, so if I need to adjust quantity, or add an option, I have to use my browser. So what's the point of this app? It just upsets me more than anything.

I'm missing all the tabs at the bottom of the app. Payment, website, domain... none of the buttons show in the app which means I cannot use the tap to pay function or build a cart. We had our first vendor event ever today and we literally cannot charge payments with the app. We logged in on 3 different devices, all 3 being up to the specs of the app and I cannot find a sell button anywhere. So disappointing.

This app is irritating that it keeps telling me to connect to the internet to use the app when I am infact connected to the internet, trying to use the app. It is also frustrating that I can merge the catalog with what I have online but it does not utilize the pictures that are ed online to the catalog on the phone. Since this is a paid service, it should be easier to use between app an online and integrate the two.

Edit: 2024 I've tried this godaddy service again against my better judgment, and it still doesn't work. Not happy with this app or website service at all. The glitches and buffering from the app make it nearly impossible to do any work from it. Even on the desktop the website service is slow, I can type faster than it receives data. It cost way too much to not be able to do the work I need to get done for my business.

Did not work. STILL HAVEN'T BEEN ABLE TO SET UP SITE WITH APP. I'm going to go online. I'll let you know how that goes. Just updated the app, so that's not the problem. This is an update on my review; Can only pictures where it says videos. The videos in my gallery are excluded. I am also excluded from deleting a button that's not needed. Stay tuned
